Product Manager

DEVXED is a product company. We are not a startup, we don’t have deadlines or burning projects. We provide an easy-going environment well suited for a thoughtful, steady work process.
Our current main product is a platform for e-commerce sellers (Amazon, Walmart, etc.). The project has multiple modules: high load inventory sync system, warehousing system, real-time pricing system for multiple platforms, affiliate module with an average of 2M daily requests, big data storage with history on over 10M products, applications for iOS and Android.

We are looking for a Product manager for to elevate our team. This position involves working in the office, allowing you to enjoy all the benefits of our workspace and direct collaboration with the team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct customer and competitor research: design and run surveys, interviews, and usability tests, then turn findings into actionable insights;
• Write clear, detailed specifications (PRDs/tech specs) for new features and improvements, from problem statement to acceptance criteria;
• Identify user problems and product growth opportunities, and help prioritize them;
• Support the product lifecycle of features from idea to launch alongside the senior PM;
• Collaborate closely with designers, business analysts, developers, and QA to bring solutions to life.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in product management, ideally with international IT products (e-commerce is a plus);
• Hands-on experience with user research: you can independently plan and run interviews, surveys, and tests, and synthesize the results;
• Strong writing skills: you can produce clear specifications and requirements that engineers and designers can work from without guesswork;
• Basic product analytics (you can read a GA4 report or formulate a clear request for the analyst department);
• An eye for UX/UI: you notice what makes an interface better and can explain why;
• Ability to communicate with engineering teams and understand technical constraints;
• Good teamwork and communication skills;
• English B2.
