Data / AI Analyst

Andersen is hiring a Data / AI Analyst for a project developing AI-powered digital banking solutions and personalized financial services on a cloud-native platform.

The customer is a mobile-only digital bank offering modern financial services through an app-based experience. The organization provides features such as virtual cards, multi-currency accounts, savings tools, and goal-based financial planning, along with innovative products that support personal and group savings. Known for its user-centric approach and continuous product innovation, the bank has received industry recognition for digital excellence and customer experience.

The project is a cloud-native, mobile-only digital banking platform delivering AI-driven and highly personalized financial services. The solution continuously expands with new modules and market growth while enhancing user experience, automation, and innovative everyday banking capabilities.

Working schedule is Sunday–Thursday, GMT+3 time zone.

Responsibilities:

• Defining and monitoring business KPIs (NPS, fraud losses, containment rates).
• Performing model validation and impact analysis.
• Generating insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Building dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.
• Supporting continuous improvement of AI use cases.

Must haves:

• Experience in Data Analysis / BI for 2+ years.
• Exposure to fintech/banking metrics (fraud, credit risk, CX).
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills (Python or similar is a plus).
• Experience with KPI definition and performance tracking.
• Experience building dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Strong business understanding and analytical thinking.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

Nice to haves:

• Experience in AI/ML model evaluation or validation.
• Ability to work with large datasets and real-time dashboards.
• Knowledge of experimentation (A/B testing).
