About the Role

As a VIP Travel Agent, you will be responsible for planning and managing bespoke travel arrangements for high-net-worth individuals, executives, and discerning clients. You'll provide a seamless, personalized service while ensuring every journey exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage tailor-made luxury travel itineraries.
• Book international flights, luxury hotels, villas, cruises, and private transportation.
• Arrange VIP services including airport assistance, chauffeur services, restaurant reservations, and exclusive experiences.
• Provide expert destination advice and travel recommendations.
• Manage travel changes and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
• Build long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service.
• Stay up to date with global travel trends, visa requirements, and luxury travel products.
• Deliver a high level of attention to detail and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Travel Consultant or Travel Agent (luxury or VIP travel experience preferred).
• Excellent knowledge of international travel destinations and booking systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
• Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Flexibility to assist clients outside standard office hours when necessary.
