Chief Technology Officer

We are Dizzain.com, a full-service digital agency: since 2006, we’ve been solving business challenges through development, design, marketing, and analytics, using AI and a data-driven approach to accelerate and scale projects.

We are expanding our team and introducing a new CTO position, who will be responsible for the engineering aspects of all our projects: which technical solutions are adopted, how the team’s workflow is structured, and how AI tools are integrated into it.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Solutions and Standards

• Determine how a problem is solved technically and take responsibility for that solution to the team and the client.
• Present alternative solutions with trade-offs, rather than a single, ready-made answer.
• Analyze estimates and timelines: understand what they consist of and where the risks lie.
• Set the company’s engineering standards. Not rules for the sake of rules, but systems and code that are easy for both humans and agents to work with going forward.

Processes and AI

• Work directly with agents, not through developers.
• Design the entire pipeline: task definition, generation, cross-review using different models, and automated testing.
• Identify the points where the decision rests with a human, and consciously reduce their number.
• Restructure the development process based on causes, not symptoms: identify duplication of work, improper task allocation, and gaps between adjacent areas.
• Take responsibility for the final quality of the result, including architectural integrity across a long series of changes.

• Analyze project data and identify exactly where the team is wasting time.

Team

• Make technical decisions that project managers are currently forced to take on.
• Be responsible for the team’s technical growth and its development trajectory

Clients

• Join meetings on an as-needed basis when it’s necessary to explain or justify a technical decision to the client’s technical representative.
• Regular communication with clients remains the responsibility of the managers.

What’s important to us:

• Experience and leadership: 8+ years in engineering with a strong background in development, including 3+ years in a role such as Tech Lead, Head of Engineering, or CTO, where you were directly responsible for the team’s architectural and technical decisions.
• AI in Development: Real-world experience over the past two years. Not just using AI assistants, but also restructuring processes around AI agents.
• Process Transformation: Hands-on experience restructuring development workflows, rather than just working within existing guidelines.
• Product Judgment: The ability to decide not only how to do something, but also what exactly is worth doing.
• Technical expertise: e-commerce and complex web applications as the core stack, plus integrations, infrastructure, and data handling.
• English: Fluent, for presenting and defending technical solutions to U.S. client stakeholders.
