The Project

DaVinci works as a product team that is the company’s engineering and delivery environment. Everything we do is aimed at helping teams work more effectively and deliver stronger results to clients.

The key mission of the DaVinci product is to systematically enhance how the company operates by transforming processes, implementing modern technologies, and increasing overall team efficiency. At its core, DaVinci focuses on driving meaningful behavioral change across teams and individuals within the organization.

Rather than simply building tools or defining processes, the team ensures that these solutions fundamentally reshape employees’ day-to-day work and deliver measurable, tangible improvements.

We’re shipping a practical AI agent that automates key recruiting workflows - planning tasks and executing permitted actions via APIs, so teams spend less time on manual data entry and status-chasing, and more time with candidates. After that, we plan to expand the process for the other company's parts.

Responsibilities

• Design architecture of AI agent and it's interaction with other software components.
• Design and ship AI features end-to-end: prompt logic, tool/function schemas, input/output validation, and integration with APIs/services.
• Build reliable evaluation pipelines (golden sets, automatic metrics, human review loops) and run experiments to improve quality, cost, and latency.
• Add observability: telemetry for prompts/versions, error taxonomies, and drift detection.
• Collaborate with backend teams to define clear data contracts and stable interfaces.
• Write concise design docs.

Requirements

• 3+ years in software engineering
• Backend engineering experience with any stack (Python, Java, Node.js, .Net)
• English level B1+
• Experience shipping LLM-powered systems at scale, including system design and setting engineering standards

Optional Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
