Crowne Plaza Minsk 5* is currently looking for dedicated and talented sales specialist.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

• Actively search for new potential accounts
• Conduct sales meetings, negotiations
• Maintain relationships with new, existing and prospective customers
• Generate proper proposals and contracts
• Analyze local market trends and competitor activities to identify business leads
• Promote sales of all hotel facilities
• Participate in developing and implementing creative local marketing campaigns, including social media channels
• Cooperate with other departments in the hotel to create an exceptional guest experience
• Attend sales events
• Produce accurate and timely reports for Sales Director and senior management to include the reporting of appointments, calls made and business leads
• Answer customer queries in a prompt and professional manner

Requirements:

• Experience in hospitality (Hotel)
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Practical experience in an active sales Activities: calls, negotiations, meetings, follow-ups, etc.

Candidate Profile:

• Higher College Education (University)
• Previous experience in Sales in local or international companies preferred
• Excellent skills in oral and written English and Russian
• Additional language knowledge will be beneficial
• Outgoing and confident personality
• Ability to quickly adapt to a constantly changing market with a positive revenue effect.
• Handle pressure and time frame.
