Marketing Manager and Translator (German-speaking)

We are currently looking for a proactive and motivated German-speaking Marketing Manager to join our team! Don't miss this exciting opportunity to gain experience working with a global IT partner.

Responsibilities:

• Translations: Being able to translate web pages, presentations, and articles from English or Russian into German;

• Event management in Germany: Сommunication with local event organizers (event participation contracts, booth design, takeaways, etc.);

• Database management: Organizing and maintaining a database of leads and prospects;

• Communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with German-speaking prospects and team members;

• Lead generation in the DACH region: Setting up face-to-face meetings during upcoming events, setting up meetings for the sales team via LinkedIn, etc;

• Research skills: Conduct research to find new leads and stay up-to-date on industry trends;

• Organizational skills: Managing multiple tasks and projects at once;

• Time management: Prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet lead generation goals.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and spoken German skills - C1;

• English: B2 level and higher

• Extensive communication experience with German native speakers (exchange programs, education in German, business communication, etc.) is a significant advantage;

• Previous experience of working with German-speaking businesses is an advantage;

• Analytical and result-oriented mindset.

• Located in Minsk.
