We are is looking for an experienced Lead Generation Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying relevant opportunities, building and improving lead databases, crafting personalized outreach messages, and positioning the company effectively to win new projects. You will play a key role in strengthening our outbound lead generation through LinkedIn and email outreach and contributing directly to new business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in lead generation (2 years);

• Outreach tools such as Dripify, Instantly, Apollo or similar may be used;

• Understanding of IT / digital services projects;
• Strong written English skills and ability to write persuasive proposals;
• Attention to detail and ability to analyze client needs;
• Self-driven, organized, and result-oriented.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain lead databases for outreach, including researching companies, products, tech stack, hiring signals, and other relevant market information;

• Search for and verify contact information (email / LinkedIn) to ensure the quality of the lead database;

• Analyze client requirements and match them with suitable cases and expertise;
• Maintain lead tracking and reporting, update lead statuses, and transfer qualified leads to the sales team.

Nice to have:

• Experience with outsourcing or outstaffing companies;
• Basic understanding of sales processes;
• Experience working with CRM tools or lead trackers.
