Affiliate Manager (with Hundi/Urdu or Bangla)

As we expand our presence across Asia market, we are looking for a motivated Affiliate Manager (Asian markets) to help us drive success and scale new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner Acquisition: Identify and engage potential affiliate partners across social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Telegram), websites, and applications.
• Negotiation & Onboarding: Assess potential partners and negotiate partnership agreements to align with company objectives.
• Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing affiliates, providing guidance and support to optimize performance and revenue.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze affiliate performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance results.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure affiliates have the necessary resources and support for success.
• KPI Achievement: Meet and exceed key performance indicators as set by the management.

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 6 months of experience in affiliate marketing, specifically within the betting/gambling niche.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity and experience working with revenue-share models (RS) and hybrid models.
• Education: Education in Marketing will be a plus.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Hindi/Urdu or Bangla for communication with partners and at least Upper-Intermediate English (B2) for communication with teammates.
• Soft Skills: Team player, communicative, result-oriented, eager to learn, and receptive to feedback.
