About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, responsible, and highly independent professional who can move quickly, find solutions, negotiate effectively with both suppliers and clients, and take ownership of projects from start to finish. We are not looking for someone who simply executes assigned tasks - we want a person who takes responsibility for their area, identifies opportunities for improvement, and helps develop our processes together with the team.

What you will do

• Quickly source products, gifts, suppliers, and services for client requests worldwide
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and the best possible commercial terms
• Communicate directly with clients on active requests and proposals: clarify requirements, discuss options, answer questions, and guide each request through to completion
• Build, develop, and maintain our supplier and product database across Europe, CIS, APAC, LATAM, and other regions
• Verify pricing, availability, lead times, branding possibilities, delivery options, and potential risks
• Identify alternative suppliers and opportunities to optimize procurement costs and conditions
• Coordinate active projects with internal teams
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of information and materials used in client proposals
• Work with visual materials and, when required, prepare simple presentations in Figma using existing templates and presets
• Identify weaknesses or inefficiencies in existing processes and proactively suggest solutions
• Handle urgent, unusual, and non-standard requests efficiently

Who we are looking for

• 3+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, account management, client operations, or a related field
• Proven experience independently managing projects and communicating with clients, partners, or suppliers
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher - most of our suppliers and partners, as well as some of our clients, are international
• Strong negotiation and business communication skills
• Ability to take full ownership of tasks from initial request through to final result
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage several projects simultaneously
• A proactive mindset - we expect you not only to complete assigned tasks, but also to identify what can be improved and take initiative
• Strong follow-through and the ability to ensure tasks do not get lost between stages
• Excellent attention to detail and confidence working with large amounts of information
• Good visual judgment; basic knowledge of Figma or other design tools would be an advantage
• Strong internal motivation, ambition, and a genuine desire to influence results

A strong advantage would be

• An existing network of suppliers and business contacts in Europe, CIS, or other regions
• Experience with international procurement and logistics
• Experience working with premium or luxury products and brands
• Experience in iGaming, tech, or international B2B environments
