Corporate English Teacher

Keydev is looking for a Corporate English Teacher.

Responsibilities:

• Assess students' English language proficiency and learning needs through initial evaluations and ongoing assessments;
• Develop customized lesson plans that align with individual student goals and learning styles;
• Teach various aspects of the English language, including grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing skills, and literature analysis;
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve their skills and confidence;
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to engage students and enhance their learning experience;
• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed to ensure continuous improvement;
• Communicate regularly with students regarding progress, challenges, and strategies for success;
• Stay updated on best practices in English education and incorporate new techniques into tutoring sessions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field;

• Desired level of English proficiency: C1 (Advanced) or higher, excellent pronunciation, clarity, and grammatical accuracy;

• Previous experience as an English Tutor or English Teacher, preferably with different groups and skill levels in the IT sphere;
• Strong command of the English language, with excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Ability to create a positive and motivating learning environment;
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching;
• Familiarity with different curricula and standardized tests (e.g., SAT, ACT, TOEFL) is a plus;
