Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Specialist to bring fresh ideas, develop engaging content, and explore new ways to attract B2B clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a content strategy and manage the company's social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Create engaging content, including posts, Reels, Shorts, and other video formats.
• Generate content ideas, write scripts, organise filming, and edit short-form videos.
• Identify, test, and develop marketing channels to generate B2B leads and new business opportunities.
• Develop and test marketing hypotheses, analyse performance, and optimise activities based on results.
• Use AI tools for content creation and marketing optimisation.
• Maintain website content, support SEO activities, and manage B2B directory profiles.
• Prepare marketing materials and presentations in collaboration with the Sales team.

• Experience in digital marketing, SMM, B2B marketing, or content creation.
• Ability to independently develop ideas and turn them into practical initiatives.
• Content creation skills, particularly short-form video production.
• Understanding of digital marketing channels and current social media trends.
• Experience using AI tools for content creation or marketing activities.
• Creativity, initiative, independence, and a results-driven mindset.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

• Marketing experience in IT outsourcing or outstaffing.
• Proven experience in B2B lead generation.
• A content portfolio, personal blog, or independent creative projects.
• Experience with SEO, website management, and marketing analytics.
