Senior Flutter Developer

Nauchsoft is an international IT consulting and software development company. We have been in the IT business for 37 years and continue growing.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Flutter Developer to join a greenfield project for a large organization in the banking sector. This role is prospective and has been created in line with the company’s planned team expansion.

The project is focused on building a unified employee self-service mobile application that will provide access to HR services, personal information, tasks, benefits, learning opportunities, and internal corporate programs through a single mobile experience.
The application will be developed from scratch for iOS and Android, with integration through a BFF layer into multiple enterprise systems, including identity and access management, HR platforms, BPM solutions, HelpDesk, ERP, and other internal services.

This is an opportunity to take part in the project from the very beginning and influence the application architecture, technical foundations, code quality standards, and development practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a new mobile application from scratch using Flutter and Dart for iOS and Android.
• Participate in defining and implementing the application architecture at the early stage of the project.
• Build scalable, maintainable, and high-quality mobile functionality.
• Implement UI based on the provided UI Kit and UX prototypes.
• Integrate the application with the BFF layer and enterprise backend systems.
• Work with authentication and corporate access-management integrations.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to development standards and best practices.
• Ensure high code quality, maintainability, performance, and stability.
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, UX/UI Designers, QA Engineers, and other project specialists.
• Investigate and fix defects identified during UAT.
• Prepare production-ready builds and support publication to the App Store and Google Play.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, code review, testing, and day-to-day engineering activities.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of commercial experience with Flutter and Dart.
• English level B2 or higher.
• Strong experience developing production mobile applications for iOS and Android.
• Experience building applications from scratch, including defining application architecture and technical foundations.
• Strong understanding of Flutter architecture, state management, navigation, lifecycle, and application structure.
• Experience integrating mobile applications with REST APIs / BFF / enterprise backend services.
• Experience implementing complex UI based on design systems, UI Kits, and prototypes.
• Good understanding of mobile application security, performance, and maintainability.
• Practical experience with App Store and Google Play publication processes.
• Experience with code review and development best practices.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex technical areas.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Practical experience using AI development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar for coding, code review, debugging, testing, and productivity improvement.

Nice to Have

• Experience working on enterprise or banking applications.
• Experience with employee self-service, HR, ERP, BPM, or internal corporate platforms.
• Experience with SSO / Active Directory integrations.
• Experience with complex enterprise integration landscapes.
• Understanding of CI/CD for mobile applications.
• Experience working on greenfield products with no existing codebase.

• Remote, full-time position.
• Working hours: 08:00–17:00 Minsk time.
