Salary: 800 - 1100 USD net per month + monthly performance bonuses

What You Will Do

You will communicate with business owners and company managers who need reliable employees for their businesses. Your role is to understand their recruitment needs, build professional relationships and demonstrate how RabotaNet can help them solve one of their biggest business challenges.

You will never be expected to pressure clients or use aggressive sales techniques. We believe successful business is built on trust, expertise and long-term partnerships.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Contacting potential business clients by telephone and online

• Understanding their recruitment requirements

• Presenting RabotaNet's recruitment solutions

• Building long-term relationships with clients

• Following up on business opportunities

• Working towards individual and team goals

• Keeping your work organised and transparent
